Schedule:

Hours: M-F and Sat 9-2pm

Duties:

Greet and working closely with customers with shipments that arrive at the office.
Answering and directing phone calls.
Organizing documents and paperwork and Data entry.
Assisting drivers with their routes and pricing at pickup location.
Assisting customers with order status and delivery status.
Bilingual is an A+ (Spanish and English).
Must be responsible and arrive on time.
Organize routes.
Must have good knowledge of internet and computer skills and be organized.
Assisting 2 employees over their daily route.
Must have Great customer service skills.
